How much does it cost?

This is the most difficult question to answer as it varies greatly depending upon the turnover of the business, which services are required, the legal status of the business etc.

What we can do for you is to provide a quote over the phone. We do not need to have a meeting to discuss it and we do not make the hard sell.


For sole traders (those just needing to complete a self assessment), we keep the fees very simple - we charge from £200 plus VAT for this service and we also offer the option to purchase a nice bound copy of Sole Trader Accounts if this is something you would like (but it is really not needed these days). The Sole Trader service not only includes your self assessment tax return, but also complete communication with HMRC, advising of your tax liabilities, when payments should be made as well tax advice. For Limited Companies the price is dependant, again, upon the level of service you need and also the turnover (or projected turnover) of your company. Fees start from as little as £720 plus VAT per annum which will fulfil your statutory obligations but there are many other services such as bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, CIS Returns, Management Accounts, Credit Control, Debt Collection, Company Secretarial etc. that are available so, for a more specific quote, please give us a ring.

As part of the service, all clients have access to advice from 8.30am until 5.30pm, 5 days a week, a single point of contact and because we put an HMRC authorisation in place, we can take care of all your tax issues with the Revenue as well.
